The easiest planning, that most all girls can agree on, is going out to dinner. First, it gives us a reason to wear that brand new dress and favorite heels we bought at the mall last week and do our hair and make up. Secondly, the night will turn into a unannounced photo shoot with everyone rotating in on their turn. In addition to all the photos, the food is almost always to die for. Tonight's dinner location was at Chino Latino in Uptown. Even with a late dinner, the traffic into the city was horrible and delayed. After forty minutes of dealing with people on the road, seeing my best friends from college was a nice site. Tia, Hannah, and I sat down and waited patiently for Christina. We scoped out a good location for where to take pictures and finally came to an agreement that the poster in the bathroom was the best location. Though, I am sure we looked like idiots taking pictures in the bathroom, we didn't really care and continued take pictures until we were satisfied with them. Christina arrived thirty minutes late, like usual. We laugh about it, including Christina because it's a daily occurrence for Christina to be at least fifteen minutes late to everything. After ordering our virgin pineapple drinks, which is what Chino Latino is known for, we put down our phones and talked about break. Tia is doing fine and recently visited her boyfriend to watch his hockey game in Iowa. Hannah finished working at Panera and is planning one more trip to the Mall of America before going back to college on Saturday. Christina is staying busy with her fast paced life and is excited to go back to college. And for myself, I am doing well in my J-term class and have been spending a lot of time with my family, which has been very nice. Once our food arrived, we all pulled out or phones and snapped a few photos of our food and began to chow down. I could spend endless hours with my friends talking about anything from boys to what color we want to paint our nails. I love my best friends and am thrilled to be back in Eau Claire with them in two days!
