After eight hours of moving furniture, putting a carpet in, and setting up a few decorative things I am finally 'done' moving in! I've still got a lot of boxed to unpack and a lot of clothes to put away as well, but the big stuff is over. Thank God :). I'm not going to lie, I was a little nervous about moving to campus early. Not everyone I've talked to is here yet and I was scared about sitting in my room for two days until my roommate came! But thankfully a girl I've been talking to texted me and asked if her and her roommate and a few of her friends could come up to my room and say hi! I replied so fast it was probably scary, but I am very glad they came because we all sat in a circle around my rug and talked about where we came from and who we were. After about an hour of talking, we went down and played a few games of volleyball with a few guys from the football team that one of the girls knew. College is pretty fun so far and I have only been here for a few hours, haha!! I'm excited to see what happens tomorrow when I go to get my first official meal on campus, aww! Even though I am excited to start my new life, I already miss my little sister and the rest of my family very much, but I know I have their support through it all and for now I need to try and figure things out on my own until I absolutely need it :) Goodnight friends!
