This past spring and summer I had the amazing opportunity to coach my younger sisters 8 year old softball team. With going the entire season without winning a single game, the girls managed to pull out two wins before the state tournament ended, putting the girls in 4th place. Watching the girls smile and cheer was the best part of the entire season. Its the happiness that makes the heat, long hours practicing, and watching the girls improve their skills throughout the season that made it worth it. With another season coming to an end, I will miss my girls as much, if not more, than my girls I coached last summer. I wish these girls the best of luck in life and I hope softball brings them happiness for a long time. Good luck girls of 2016 8U Rosemount Softball.
